Polish branch of the Bank was designed in 1927 by Stanislaw Filasiewicz . Construction of the facility was completed in 1929, the project operating room and representative of the stairs ( art deco ) made ​​Tadeusz Rytarowski . The building is located at the junction of two streets in the center of Gdynia.
Corner building has a plan based on the shape of the letter "L" ; entrance is located at the corner arcade . The building structure , formed essentially symmetrically about the diagonal , is a 4-storey , east wing has 3 floors. Front Elevations ( South and West ) of horizontal articulation , symmetric have wide side pseudoryzality .
Above the rusticated ground floor cornice cordonly visible and above the third tier - a prominent cornice crowning . Above it is an attic full or parts of wash-houses . The fourth floor is a kind of belvedere topped with a full attic. The most characteristic feature of the building is its corner lot with high operating room on the second floor. The elevations of the corners on the floor there is a five-axis windows in each elevation , running through two floors . The lintel windows is a cornice supported on brackets , over the small semicircular windows .

The building originally housed Polish Bank is distinguished by careful architecture. Proportional block combines the features of academic classicism forms of neo-Renaissance .
